Teachers hold conversations with st udents regarding simple issues like why they have failed to understand specific problems of a course.Ã They regularly analyze data to understand whether students are maintaining state-level standards. As Schafer Elem School develops its improvement plan for the year, the school comes from a backdrop of poor performance as the students perform poorly in various subjects thereby resulting in consistent poor results save for mathematics.
